Building My Dream While Navigating a 9-5 That No Longer Serves Me
Just like this swing, life is about balance—letting go of what no longer serves you and moving toward the freedom and peace you deserve.
If you've ever felt stuck in a job that no longer aligns with who you are, you’re not alone.
For the past three years, I’ve been balancing my passion for holistic health and coaching with a 9-5 that, frankly, has tested me in more ways than I ever imagined. Yesterday was one of those days. We were short-staffed, so I stepped in to cover a shift. And in return, I was met with outright disrespect from someone who didn’t know me, but somehow felt entitled to treat me like a verbal punching bag.
I don’t share this for sympathy. I share it because this moment was another wake-up call.
Why I’m Done Accepting Less Than I Deserve
I believe every person should be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect—no exceptions. The way we treat others speaks volumes about who we are. And yet, I see time and time again how some people act as though they are more important than others, disregarding basic decency.
I won’t tolerate that. Not in my work, not in my life, and certainly not in my coaching business.
2025: The Year I Fully Step Into My Purpose
When I set my goals for 2025, I knew it was time to make a real shift. My heart is in helping others take charge of their health, break free from chronic inflammation, and live life on their terms. That’s my purpose. That’s where I’m meant to be.
I’m building something bigger than a paycheck—I’m building a mission, a movement, and a life I love. But until I transition fully into my coaching business, I’m still here, learning, growing, and using these tough moments as fuel.
Sipping my morning tea, reflecting, and journaling—this is how I realign with my purpose, set boundaries, and remind myself that I am building the life I deserve.
This Is What You Can Expect If We Work Together
If you’ve ever felt dismissed, disrespected, or unseen—I see you. I hear you. I stand with you.
Respect is non-negotiable. No one is “more important” than anyone else. Every client I work with is valued.
I believe in boundaries. No one should have to tolerate mistreatment, and I will always advocate for self-care, self-respect, and self-worth.
I lead with integrity. The work we do together is built on mutual respect, honesty, and a genuine commitment to your wellness.
I refuse to stay in spaces that drain me. That’s why I’m walking toward the life I’m meant to live, and I hope my journey encourages you to do the same.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in a job that no longer aligns with who you are, tell me—what’s your next step?
Let’s build the future we deserve.
