I’m so glad you’re here! Salute to Wellness was born from my deep passion for helping women over 45 heal chronic inflammation naturally - so they can regain energy, feel strong, and thrive at every stage of life.

My journey into health and wellness started early and led me to serve as a medic in the U.S. Air Force. I witnessed firsthand how demanding lifestyles and chronic stress can take a toll on health. Though my path took unexpected turns, my passion for holistic healing never faded. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to nutrition, movement, and mindfulness, finding powerful ways to support lasting wellness without restriction or overwhelm.

For over 20 years, Yoga and Pilates have been the cornerstones of my practice, helping me build strength, flexibility, and resilience - physically and mentally. They’ve been healing tools in my own journey, allowing me to navigate life’s challenges, including my own battle with inflammation, injuries, and chronic pain.
